Job summary

Live4Lali, Inc. in Arlington Heights, IL, seeks a NW Cook County Program Manager to oversee and coordinate resources for all Live4Lali programs across Suburban Cook County, based out of the Arlington Heights office with travel across NW Suburban Cook County.

You will participate in program design, operations, measurement and reporting, grant support, staff training and management, and manage outreach grants including SUPR, Mobile Outreach, and new initiatives, ensuring compliance and data-driven

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program creation/management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in substance use disorder, mental health, public health, or social work is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build diverse partnerships and rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Aid in development and design of Harm Reduction programs across Cook County.
• Manage outreach grants (SUPR, Mobile Outreach) and ensure grant compliance.
• Oversee virtual and in-person Peer Support Programs and trainings.
• Coordinate education and awareness programs; manage budgeting and resources.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Outreach Coordinators.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform program promotion and service delivery.
• Collaborate with community coalitions and partners on needs assessments and program evaluation.
