Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Position: Hardware Validation Test Technician

Company: Axon

Shift: M-F Flex to start between 6am – 8am

Duration: 6 month C2H

Pay Rate: $22-$26/hr

Required Skills & Experience

1.5+ years’ of any quality test environment

Familiar with Bug Cases

Proficient knowledge of electronics/computers (Computer Aptitude)

Familiarity with test cases

Ability to work through troubleshooting steps

1+ years validation/troubleshooting experience with hardware/physical products

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Past experience with major/minor revisions

Experience writing test cases

SDLC knowledge

Six Sigma / ASQ / Other certs

Job Description

The Validation Test Technician will be responsible for executing test plans and documenting bug tickets including, but not limited to, creating a recording of the reproduction of the bug, capturing logs and keeping test cases up to date and other test procedures for cameras and other devices. They’ll also be working with additional engineering teams and product managers to test hardware fixes and new features during the project timelines. Conducting validation tests for new and/or legacy products, assemble automation test fixtures, sets up test equipment and maintain lab organization.
