Job summary

Jabil seeks a Software Test Development Engineer to contribute to validation test solutions for server hardware manufacturing. You will help design end-to-end test systems and software for hardware validation across manufacturing lines.

Candidates should have a BS in EE/CS, 1–3 years in software for manufacturing test, and experience with Python, Bash, C/C++, Linux, VMware, IPMI/Redfish. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant experience in software for manufacturing test development is required.
• 1–3 years' experience; 5+ years preferred for electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Test System Development: design and develop test systems and procedures for hardware validation during manufacturing.
• Test Software Development: create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts to automate testing.
• Test Sustaining: support and maintain server (L10) and rack (L11-L12) level test software/infrastructure in production.
• Documentation: maintain test procedures, specs, and infrastructure docs.
• Collaboration: work with hardware, manufacturing, and QA teams to ensure requirements and quality standards.
