Flock is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Device Software Engineering team in Atlanta. You will lead hardware validation software, bridging hardware, Linux OS, and cloud teams to ensure mission-critical electronics perform flawlessly in the field.

You will design automated test frameworks, build a dedicated validation lab, and guide cross‑functional teams through full product development while maintaining a startup mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: degree in engineering with practical hardware testing experience.
• Strong in C programming for hardware and peripheral testing.
• Experience with Linux-based validation and lab infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and execution of hardware validation software across product lines.
• Bridge hardware, Linux OS, and cloud teams to solve integration challenges.
• Design automated test frameworks and build a dedicated validation lab.
• Provide leadership to cross‑functional teams throughout product development.
