You will troubleshoot hardware, analyze performance, and collaborate with engineering, field service, and manufacturing to improve reliability. The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, root-cause analysis, and guiding customers toward timely solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; hands-on experience with complex semiconductor equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics; strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, field service and manufacturing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical product support for complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment and hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues across mechanical, electrical, vacuum, gas delivery, and related subsystems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive issues to resolution.
• Support installation, maintenance, upgrades, and modifications of semiconductor equipment.
• Communicate solutions and best practices to field engineers and customers.
