Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an IT-focused Technical Program Manager I for an onsite 6-month contract, located in Redmond, WA/Sunnyvale, CA.

The role requires coordinating hardware development programs, risk management, and strong cross-functional collaboration to drive prototypes toward mass production. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years TPM or hardware project mgmt experience, familiarity with semiconductor ecosystems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have skills: Display algorithm, Image processing, Program Management, AR/VR.
• 1–3 years of TPM or hardware project management experience.
• Experience with hardware/silicon development programs.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience with foundries, silicon vendors, or contract manufacturers.
• Knowledge of the hardware lifecycle (prototype → qualification → mass production).
• Strong communication, risk management, and program tracking skills (Jira/Smartsheet preferred).
• Semiconductor, OSAT, or display silicon/uLED experience.
• Experience managing global vendors across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Track program milestones, risks, and timing with stakeholders.
