Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Partner Operations to lead operational delivery across third-party infrastructure partners, including major cloud service providers and strategic compute vendors.

You will own performance metrics, SLAs, incident response, and executive reporting while coordinating with Hardware Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Capacity Planning, Networking, Deployment, Reliability Engineering, and Supply Chain

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing operational relationships with external infrastructure providers and cloud service providers.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale cloud infrastructure, data center operations, and large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience developing operational KPIs, SLAs, service health metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own operational engagement with third-party infrastructure providers, ensuring SLAs and performance expectations.
• Develop governance frameworks with strategic partners, including reviews, scorecards, escalation processes, and executive reporting.
• Define, track, and improve operational metrics related to availability, deployment, incident response, and service quality.
• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for visibility into partner performance and risks.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to resolve issues and improve delivery outcomes.
• Lead operational escalations and ensure timely resolution with clear executive communication.
• Establish repeatable operating rhythms with external partners (weekly reviews, business reviews, service reviews).
• Partner with Capacity Planning, Hardware Ops, Networking, Deployment, Reliability Eng., and Supply Chain to align priorities.
• Identify systemic risks and drive corrective actions for long-term effectiveness.
