Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Redmond, WA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive program execution across uLED backplane silicon programs from development through high-volume manufacturing. You will coordinate with display silicon team and external foundry partners to translate milestones into actionable schedules.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a technical program manager, or equivalent project management experience in hardware or silicon development.
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Coordinate execution across multiple engineering teams and translate high-level commitments into actionable schedules with owners and dates.
• Experience with external vendors, contract manufacturers, or foundries.
• Exposure to hardware development phases (prototype, qualification, mass production).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting program status and risk to leadership.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a disciplined approach to decisions and action items.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with shifting requirements and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Internal Cross-Functional Coordination: run meetings to align uLED, test, packaging, and sourcing; surface dependencies and risks.
• External Vendor Interface Management: lead meetings with foundry and silicon vendors; bridge milestones with dates.
• Program Tracking and Reporting: maintain trackers and produce milestone readouts for leadership.
• Risk Management: maintain a living risk register and drive mitigation plans with owners and dates.
