Arista Networks is seeking a Hardware Technical Program Manager to lead customer-driven programs from concept through release to volume production. The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination across HW, SW, Diagnostics, and manufacturing, with a focus on on-time delivery and milestone tracking.

You will interface with customers and strategic partners to craft program plans, allocate prototypes, and negotiate schedules.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of NPI hardware engineering and leadership experience.
• Design engineering, New Product Introduction, and manufacturing experience with rack-mounted data center or enterprise equipment.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, software, diagnostics, test, and manufacturing disciplines.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Significant working knowledge of hardware development and delivering on time.

Aufgaben

• Creating SoW and PRD for complex technical programs.
• Owns and facilitates weekly cross-functional engineering team meetings.
• Interface with key customers and strategic partners to develop program plans including schedules and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional team from HW, SW, Central, Diagnostic, manufacturing, PM, ODM/JDM to deliver products.
• Track and report design validation and qualification status; identify and solve concerns.
• Create a master schedule interconnecting key cross-functional deliverables.
• Lead program design reviews and bug scrub meetings.
• Drive, coordinate, and monitor engineering programs including cost and milestone reviews.
