Job summary

Cube Hub Inc. in California seeks a Semiconductor Test Technician to support ATE and hardware in a NAND test lab.

You will assist with test equipment operation, maintenance, calibration, and diagnostics to ensure smooth production testing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with automated test equipment and lab environments, familiarity with Advantest or Teradyne systems, and a collaborative approach to resolve hardware issues promptly.

Hiring: Semiconductor Test Technician – ATE / Hardware

• Perform tester diagnostics and board-level troubleshooting
• Support test interface hardware and device adapters
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and calibration schedules

Preferred experience:

• ATE / automated test equipment
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Advantest or Teradyne
• Semiconductor manufacturing or lab experience

Equipment experience is a plus:

Advantest V93K, B6700, T5835, M67xx or Teradyne Nextest Magnum.
