Cricut in Utah is seeking an Associate Manager, HW Test Engineering to lead a small hardware test team while hands-on contributing to test strategy, planning, and execution. You will mentor engineers and testers and drive data-driven improvements across EVT/DVT stages.

This player-coach role requires a strong background in hardware testing, quality engineering, and root-cause analysis, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage lab activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on hardware testing or quality engineering.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers, testers, or lab personnel.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with hardware test planning and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small hardware test team with hands-on testing.
• Develop, execute, and review hardware test plans for products.
• Prioritize daily lab activities and data collection across the team.
• Mentor engineers and lab personnel and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
