Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testbeds to evaluate optoelectronic chips and modules.
• Support design, prototyping, and delivery of proof-of-concept devices.
• Use DOE and failure analysis to optimize optical performance.
• Develop test automation strategies for production environments.
• Organize test data storage and retrieval systems.
• Analyze test data and present key results clearly.
• Manage ECOs for optical and optoelectronic components.
• Collaborate with product teams on optical design and development
