Qualifications
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience coordinating hardware/software initiatives across multiple teams.
- Strong communication and risk management skills; safety-focused.
Responsibilities
- Create technical execution roadmaps tying features to time and dependencies across teams.
- Manage hardware development and integration for the current platform ensuring stability and scale.
- Define schedules, milestones, and resource allocation; communicate priorities to the org.
- Collaborate with Hardware, Software, systems, and operations to deliver cross-functional outputs on time.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve risks and dependencies; guide decision making.
