Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with precision electromechanical systems and opto-mechanical assemblies.
• Experience with high-stability instrumentation requiring sub-micron precision.
• Ability to diagnose complex hardware issues across mechanical, optical and electronic subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware on Metron3D systems and builds.
• Diagnose faults across mechanical, optical and electronic subsystems, reproduce issues.
• Collaborate with Control Systems to trace system-level problems across hardware and control systems.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent corrective actions with Engineering.
• Support Manufacturing Development with system integration and build troubleshooting.
• Analyze field data and logs to create troubleshooting procedures and training.
