Job summary

Lumafield is looking for a Hardware Systems Engineer to join our team based in Cambridge, MA. In this role, you will take ownership of hardware development for new industrial CT scanners, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Your responsibilities include driving system architecture, selecting critical parts, building prototypes, and conducting validations. The ideal candidate has several years of relevant experience and is comfortable with mechanical, electrical, and embedded design.

The position offers a salary range of $105,000 - $150,000 per year, along with equity compensation and various benefits.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical or robotics products.
• Experience with complexity in hardware development.
• Ability to perform light CAD work.
