Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Hardware Support Technician (Printers) in Baton Rouge, LA to join our client’s Technical Support Department.

You will perform on-site hardware repair, configuration, and maintenance for HP print devices and personal systems, delivering timely, customer-focused service. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with DesignJet, LaserJet, and related HP products, strong mechanical aptitude, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing

Qualifications

• Proven experience troubleshooting hardware problems on HP print devices and personal systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with tools and alignment apparatus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for customer-facing situations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities and adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Residence within 15 minutes of Baton Rouge with a personal auto and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repair and configuration of HP print devices, including DesignJet, A3, and LaserJet models.
• Provide technical support for Personal Systems such as laptops, desktops, POS systems, and workstations.
• Assist with installations, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware issues onsite at customer locations.
• Work collaboratively with escalation teams and technical personnel to develop effective action plans.
• Engage with customers to educate them about technology solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.

Our client, a leading provider of hardware support services, is seeking a Hardware Support Technician to join their team. As a Hardware Support Technician (Printer), you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting on-site hardware repair and maintenance.

Job Title: Hardware Support Technician (Printers)

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Pay rate: $19-$25 per hour
