Job summary

Bomberger's Store in Lititz is seeking a Hardware Supervisor to lead the hardware team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee daily operations, supervise 4–10 staff, and work with leadership to meet division goals.

The role focuses on staff development, customer service, inventory control, and coordinating promotions, with occasional vendor interaction and travel to events as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience in hardware.
• Ability to work an evening and Saturday rotation.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned hardware staff and oversee performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Hardware Leadership Team on division goals and initiatives.
• Coach and train staff to improve job performance.
• Direct staff assignments and operation processes across the division.
• Assist customers and resolve service issues with prompt problem solving.
• Coordinate promotions and new product launches within the division.
• Represent Bomberger's Store in committees and vendor relations when needed.
