Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Hardware Inventory & Asset Management professional to maintain the Columbia office hardware inventory and ensure accurate asset records. You will manage inventory levels, SKU cataloging, serial tracking, and asset status, while coordinating with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Product Management.

You will also develop customer-facing presentations, tailor materials to client branding, and support demonstrations, trade shows, and lab environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in inventory management or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hardware inventory records, including levels, SKU cataloging, serial numbers, and asset status.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest replenishment to support business activities.
• Stage, configure, package, and ship hardware for demonstrations and labs.
• Support hardware requests from Sales, Solution Engineering, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update hardware documentation and configuration information.
• Create and update customer-facing presentations using Oracle templates and branding.
