Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Hardware Inventory & Asset Management professional to manage and optimize hardware inventory for Oracle Restaurants. You will track SKUs, serial numbers, and asset status, while staging and shipping hardware for demos and labs.

The role involves partnering with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to improve processes and enable effective customer engagements. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in inventory management, operations, technical support, solution engineering, logistics, hospitality technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hardware inventory records, including inventory levels, SKU cataloging, serial tracking, and asset status.
• Stage, configure, package, and ship hardware for demonstrations, trade shows, and lab environments.
• Support hardware requests from Sales, Solution Engineering, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain hardware documentation, inventory records, and supported configuration information.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Support, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to improve inventory processes.
• Develop customer-facing presentations using approved Oracle templates and messaging.
