Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • BSEE from an accredited college/university
  • Ability to research and apply electrical engineering principles to solve problems
  • Motivated self-starter with leadership potential and teamwork skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and analytical skills
  • Ability to complete tasks independently and lead others to closure - Own the Design
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience analyzing test data for trends and yield improvement
  • CAD schematic capture and simulation skills
  • Experience with analysis tools like Spice
  • Programming skills in TestStand and LabWindows CVI or similar

Pay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $95,106 - $161,680

Please note: Salaries are based on market pay structures and influenced by factors such as skills, education, experience, and internal considerations.
