Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership required to guide engineers and technicians.
• Experience diagnosing electronics PCB assemblies with test equipment.

• Solid understanding of hardware security fundamentals.
• Ability to drive security culture across all functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of hardware security engineers.
• Plan and prioritize team workload across projects.
• Perform hands-on testing, automation, root cause analysis, and artifact generation.
• Develop and review SOPs for operation, equipment, testing, and analysis.
• Review and approve engineering reports before publishing.
• Serve as primary contact for internal customers and partner teams.
• Define and track operational metrics and report risks to leadership.
• Drive a security mindset across all functions and operations.
• Own audits and corrective actions for operational activities.
• Manage lab equipment, assets, and investments.
• Lead continuous improvements to increase automation and efficiency.
