Responsibilities include processing special orders, stocking shelves, loading items for customers, and supporting the team during promotions. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and professional attitude.
• Knowledge of store products with willingness to learn.
• Organized self-starter who solves problems.
• Knowledge of sales methods and techniques.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and MS Office.
• Strong math, reading, writing and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person or by phone, answering questions, helping find merchandise, and suggesting add-on sales.
• Maintain a clean, inviting sales floor and signage.
• Notify customers of promotions and new products.
• Assist with loading products into customers’ vehicles as needed.
• Merchandise products according to planograms and maintain signage.
• Restock shelves as necessary.
• Assist in taking regular inventory.
• Face and front products at start and end of shift.
• Help store staff with other tasks as needed.
• Identify shoplifters and follow store policy.
• Attend staff meetings and adhere to safety standards.
• Be able to cut keys for customers.
