Job summary

Paul B. Zimmerman, Inc. is seeking a Hardware Service Associate to help customers with product knowledge and provide friendly, high‑quality service in a welcoming home‑improvement environment.

You will support customers in person and by phone, resolve problems, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The role features a 5‑day work week with one evening and every other Saturday; Sundays are closed.
