Job summary

Inova Staffing is hiring for Computer Hardware Techs to support a client in North Phoenix. This entry-level role offers hands-on work with laptop and desktop hardware and opportunities for growth.

The position is located at 1815 E Deer Valley Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024. Pay is $18 per hour, weekly, with Monday–Friday shifts; overtime may be available and benefits include health insurance and sick pay.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; basic technical mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and navigate systems.
• Willingness to stand, walk, and operate in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues on laptops and desktops.
• Navigate BIOS on laptops/desktops to verify hardware configuration.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet production/quality requirements.
• Collaborate in a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Assist with inventory control and sourcing knowledge as needed.

• Schedule Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:15pm

Responsibilities

• Ability to test, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues on laptop and desktop computers
• Ability to navigate the BIOS on all laptop and desktop computers
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment to meet requirements for production and quality
• Inventory control, quality control, organizational skills and electronics parts understanding and sourcing knowledge are required

Job Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred. Not required
• A technical mindset, and the ability to solve problems
• Long periods of standing, walking and sitting maybe required
