Job summary

Hoskbrew LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of our in-house projects—from custom customer requests and PCB fabrication to tabletop RPG product releases and injection‑molded manufacturing runs.

This role blends production coordination, technical liaison, and process building, requiring strong organizational discipline and hands-on coordination across engineering, production, purchasing, customer service and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management or production coordination
• Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing and hardware product development
• Strong vendor management and production coordination skills
• Proficiency with standard office software

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from intake to closeout for in-house projects
• Coordinate with engineering, production, purchasing, and leadership
• Manage tabletop RPG (TTRPG) product development from concept to release
• Oversee PCB design handoff to fabrication vendors and QA processes
• Manage packaging, branding, and product artwork projects to meet production standards
• Oversee injection-molded product runs timelines, tooling, lead times, and QC checks
• Run status meetings and identify resource bottlenecks and refine PM processes
