Job summary

Torus, headquartered in Utah, is expanding its GigaOne facility in Salt Lake City. We are seeking a Project Manager to bridge product development, manufacturing, quality, and field operations to deliver energy storage systems on aggressive timelines.

You will coordinate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, quality, and field teams, report to the Head of Hardware, and drive the program to meet milestones on time and with high quality.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or similar.
• 5+ years managing technical programs across engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
• Experience with energy storage, battery systems, power electronics, or related domains.
• Strong communication skills and bias for action.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer needs during critical projects.
• Break down complex work into achievable phases with clear criteria.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans.
• Define and track milestones across development and manufacturing.
• Manage schedules across engineering disciplines.
