Job summary

Cricut is seeking a Hardware Project Manager to lead development of highly reliable consumer products. You will coordinate hardware engineering and manufacturing partners, manage cost, schedule, and product experience goals, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

You’ll work to ensure thorough integration, testing, and a strong user experience across teams. The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, hands-on PM experience, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management related to product development.
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem solving abilities; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Excel; Minitab is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex electro-mechanical product development projects.
• Act as focal point and facilitator for development activities.
• Prepare and manage budgets and schedules.
• Flag issues early and lead actions to keep the schedule.
• Maintain Issues/Action Item database and drive resolution.
• Lead the team in solving complex issues and risk management.
• Coordinate testing with engineers and quality dept; ensure specs are met.
• Travel to Asia as needed (at least 4x/yr) for supplier activities.
