Job summary

Bomgaars seeks a Department Lead for Hardware and Power Tools in Lawrenceburg, IN. The role is full-time, hourly, and onsite. You will manage freight, merchandising, stocking, and cashier tasks while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates have retail and supervisory experience, product knowledge in hardware and tools, and strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Weekend availability and lift requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail, supervisory, and inventory experience preferred.
• Product knowledge - Hardware, Power Tools.
• Able to multi-task.
• Computer skills.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail/organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis with bending and squatting.
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends).
