Job summary

Bomgaars is seeking a motivated Key Carrier to supervise Farm and Feed departments in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist the Store Manager, coach team members, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications include 21+ years, agriculture knowledge, and retail management experience. The role requires forklift operation, strong merchandising skills, and flexible scheduling including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with coach­ing and labor control.
• Open/close the store and balance cash drawers.
• Perform general sales clerk duties and keep store clean and stocked.
• Handle cashiering and cash transactions.
• Support freight handling and forklift operations.
• Assist customers with product selection and loading.
• Answer phone calls and help customers as needed.
