Vantor Holdings, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Hardware Platform Technical Leader to guide the Project Darwin initiative. You will shape system design, lead a growing team of engineers, and partner with customers to deliver prototypes and production-ready solutions.

This role requires hands-on drone hardware experience, EW/RF design, and familiarity with ArduPilot or PX4. You may relocate to Denver, must be a US citizen, and compensation includes a robust benefits package and incentive

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in autonomous drone hardware design as a tech lead.
• Extensive knowledge of EW resistant RF design.
• Knowledge of symmetric and asymmetric encryption and RF transmission.
• Familiarity with drone HW/SW operating platforms such as ArduPilot and PX4.
• Prior startup/bootstrap project experience preferred.
• US Citizen required, ability to hold clearance desirable.
• Willing to relocate to Denver area.

Responsibilities

• System design, architecture and tradeoffs from concept to physical realization.
• Interviewing junior candidates, selecting and forming the team.
• Design implementation, testing, production rollout.
• Direct engagement with key customers.
• Collaborate with software lead to launch initial prototypes with challenging timelines and rapid execution.
