Corsair Gaming, Inc. is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a high-performance team at our Milpitas, CA headquarters. You will own the technical vision, align roadmaps with business goals, and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable gaming products.

You will mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and partner with product, design, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality releases. Strong leadership and a history in gaming or consumer products are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in product engineering with leadership 5+ years.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering programs.
