The Hardware Maintenance Support Technician provides basic onsite hardware maintenance support and troubleshooting, including printer configurations, break/fix replacement and repair, general hardware repairs, and escalation to Level 2 and/or Level 3 support. Technicians solve known problems and fulfill service requests. Additionally, technicians provide significant amounts of regular, targeted, and thorough Preventative Maintenance services. Training is provided.
