Job summary

Etched is looking for a Logistics, Warehouse Coordinator in San Jose to manage daily material flow between our warehouse operations and engineering labs. This role ensures that engineers have the necessary parts and tools available on schedule.

Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and are responsible for managing shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining safety standards. The position is a 1099 contract role expected to be 40-50 hours per week, with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory tracking systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate closely with Engineering and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory organization.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in internal systems.
• Coordinate material movement between lab spaces, warehouse, and manufacturing partners.
