Job summary

Bee Talent Solutions is seeking a Hardware Lab Technician to support cutting-edge consumer hardware development in a fast-paced R&D environment. You will work hands-on with prototypes, perform testing, collect data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

You will follow SOPs to set up measurements, report data, and maintain precise records. The role requires in-lab activity five days a week in Santa Monica, with experience in lab equipment and software like

Qualifications

• A.S., B.S., or technical training related to a science or engineering field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to follow instructions, schematics, procedures and diagrams accurately.
• Experience with lab measurement equipment and troubleshooting prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware product design teams in a fast-paced R&D lab.
• Set up, perform measurements and collect data on equipment and sensors.
• Disassemble, inspect and troubleshoot prototypes to establish root causes.
• Assemble/disassemble, operate, and troubleshoot test fixtures and equipment.
• Prioritize and execute multiple requests with minimal supervision based on requirements.
