SEAKR Engineering, Inc. is seeking an engineer to join the Integration and Test group for the build-to-print unit test phase of spacecraft electronics projects. You will act as SME for assigned projects, perform test conductor activities, and implement engineering changes as needed.
The role emphasizes hands-on hardware testing in a lab, debugging, and ensuring quality final products. A strong background in digital/analog electronics and scripting in Python or Lua is advantageous.

As part of the Integration and Test group you will work with a project team during the integration phase of a project and will work as the responsible engineer for build-to-print unit test. You will be the subject matter expert for a project(s) and responsible to perform test conductor activities. You will implement engineering changes as needed. This is primarily an integration, test and debug role, utilizing knowledge of a design with standard lab equipment to troubleshoot issues that occur during test to ensure a quality final product. If you like hands-on hardware test in a lab environment, this position is a perfect fit.
Compensation: Base salary range is $90,000-115,000/year, depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA.
