Job summary

Apple is seeking a Hardware Engineering Program Manager on the Camera Technologies team in Cupertino to drive early exploration platforms and imaging tech building blocks. You will lead a multi-functional engineering team, shape program plans, and navigate ambiguity to deliver architecture decisions for Apple products.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination across global teams, and the ability to manage risks and timelines in a fast-paced hardware development cycle.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering field + 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong program management and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Driving project definition, resource management, milestones and timelines. Work cross-functionally to ensure necessary project support and prioritization.
• Ensuring tight inter-team coordination and communication for an organization that has team members located across many geographies.
• Grasping complex technical topics and abstract key issues / risks and translating into actionable form for executive management.
• Constantly engage in pro-active risk management, and effectively communicate status and issues to the development team and Apple executives. Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills required.
• Ability to travel internationally to support technology center and vendor activities.
