Job summary

LifeLens Technologies, Inc. in Ivyland, PA seeks a Hardware/Firmware Product Designer to translate customer needs into hardware and firmware requirements for medical wearables and gateways. Travel to customer sites is expected to support events and learn workflows.

You will collaborate with executives and forward deployment engineers, participate in prototyping and design reviews, and help produce user manuals and tracing documents, while ensuring compliance considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting user stories and requirements.
• Understanding of medical wearable devices and wireless networking.
• Knowledge of military project lifecycle is a plus.
• Familiarity with FDA 510(k) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer needs with executives and forward deployment engineers.
• Draft hardware and firmware requirements for wearables and gateways.
• Communicate use-cases to hardware and firmware teams.
• Participate in prototyping and design reviews.
• Support documentation and traceability activities.
