Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Hardware Failure Analysis Engineer in Austin, TX, onsite only. The contract is 12+ months with a pay rate of $55-$60 per hour. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in CPU/GPU architecture, PCIe, memory, power/thermal debugging, and scripting in Python or C++.

Proficiency in Windows and Linux is required. BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering is expected, along with hands-on hardware/firmware debugging, DOE testing, root cause analysis, and test automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hardware failure analysis and related fields.
• Proficient in CPU/GPU architecture, PCIe, memory, and power/thermal debugging.
• Experience with Python or C++ scripting and Windows/Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Server bring-up and silicon/platform failure analysis.

Preferred:
Post-silicon validation, GPU server platforms, lab equipment, and semiconductor failure analysis.

Education:
