3dB Labs, Inc. seeks an experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of Electrical, Mechanical, and Systems Engineers.

You will own hardware development from concept through deployment and partner with Systems, Software, and Program Management to define roadmaps for a portfolio of complex programs. We value leaders who blend deep technical engagement with strong people management, drive best practices, and oversee formal milestone reviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hardware engineering experience with leadership role.
• Experience with government-format deliverables (CDRLs, SOWs).
• Strong communication to engineers and stakeholders.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred; Secret required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary hardware team.
• Own hardware development from requirements to production.
• Drive design, testing, and configuration management practices.
• Support milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
• Coordinate cross-discipline efforts and interface with software/systems.
• Mentor engineers and enable career development.
• Contribute to hardware proposals with estimates and assessments.
