Job summary

I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Manager in Austin, TX to lead the design and production of high-speed networking hardware and embedded platforms.

The ideal candidate will manage a multidisciplinary hardware team, drive architecture-to-production processes, ensure EMC and signal integrity compliance, and collaborate with PM, software, and manufacturing to deliver world-class products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of hardware engineering experience.
• Experience leading hardware development from architecture through production release.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed signaling, PCB design, and EMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development from architecture to production release.
• Provide technical direction and mentor engineering teams.
• Oversee board-level design and high-speed networking hardware.
• Ensure manufacturability, reliability, and compliance.
