Job summary

Stratom, Inc. in Louisville, CO, is seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead the hardware engineering team across vehicle and robotic programs. You will work with DoD customers, program managers, and technical leads to deliver production-ready systems, mentor engineers, and establish robust engineering processes.

The role requires 10+ years of engineering leadership, 3+ years leading teams, and a Bachelor’s in engineering. Travel to customer sites and ITAR/EAR compliance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 10+ years engineering, leadership, or PM experience.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
