Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Hardware Engineering Intern for a 11–14 week summer program in San Diego.

You will join one of several multi-disciplinary tracks such as GPU Engineering, CPU Engineering, or Digital Design / DV. You will apply your electrical or computer engineering knowledge to work on architecture, timing, RTL, verification, and pre-silicon validation tasks while collaborating with a mentor and team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree program in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Must be available for 11–14 weeks during Summer 2027 (May–September)
• Expected graduation date of November 2027 or later
• 1+ years of academic experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Perl, Verilog, SystemVerilog

Responsibilities

• Assist in GPU, CPU, DV, SoC tracks on real projects.
• Participate in design, verification, and validation tasks across tracks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver internship projects.
