Job summary

Our Client is seeking a mechanical engineer to own the full lifecycle of hardware—from concept through manufacture—for enclosure, packaging, and drone integration products. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, in-house 3D printing, and field testing with drones in demanding environments.

The position covers design, testing, and manufacture of attachments, mechanisms, and self-contained systems with integrated logistics, charging, and launch capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee manufacture of Dongle Cases, Bridge Boxes, and other ruggedized electronic enclosures.
• Specify, source, and customize swarm packaging solutions including Pelican cases and precision foam inserts.
• Design, test, and manufacture drone attachments and physical modifications, from simple brackets to actuated mechanisms.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on mechanism design, prototyping, and field validation.
