A leading company in Moca, Puerto Rico is seeking a Hardware Engineer II. This role involves designing and developing innovative hardware solutions, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. As a Hardware Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to the design and development of cutting-edge hardware solutions. You will play a critical role in the hardware design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable products.
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and work out of our Moca, Puerto Rico location.
This role involves guiding and driving the hardware design process, defining hardware requirements, and designing complex hardware systems. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will enable seamless integration with other components and systems, enhancing overall product performance and functionality.
You will be part of a team of subject matter experts in EEE Components, providing electronic parts knowledge and technical expertise throughout the product development lifecycle. The Component Engineer is responsible for selecting, specifying, applying, and qualifying electronic parts for high-reliability applications, interfacing with design teams and suppliers to ensure reliable application and performance of parts.
Travel within the US and internationally may be required up to 10%.
