The Energy Company. in Austin, TX is seeking a Hardware Engineer to design power electronics and energy storage hardware from concept through production, delivering reliable, manufacturable devices at scale.

You will work hands-on across prototyping, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing to bring products to market.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience designing power electronics or energy systems.
Proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium, Eagle, or similar).
Experience with circuit simulation and testing.
Knowledge of battery management systems preferred.
Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing teams.
