Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Auburn Hills, MI seeks an engineer for HIL system development and validation. You will create and validate vehicle-specific harnesses and configure dSPACE I/O pins, FIU pins, and ADC/DAC pins. You will measure with multimeters and oscilloscopes, and update Matlab models as requirements evolve.

Knowledge of sensors, solenoids, relays, and other loads is essential to design and validate electrical systems for automotive applications.

Qualifications

• Experience with HIL system development and validation.
• Knowledge of dSPACE hardware and I/O configurations.
• Experience with vehicle harnesses and electrical loads.

• HIL system development and commissioning.
• End to End creation and validation of vehicle specific harnesses.
• Configuration of dSPACE I/O pins, FIU pins and ADC/DAC pins.
• Configuration desk updates based on dSPACE boards.
• Use of multimeter and oscilloscope for measurements and verification.
• Update Matlab models based on requirements.
• Understand and update sensors, solenoids, relays and other loads.

• HIL System development and commissioning
• End to End Creation and Validation of Vehicle specific harnesses
• Configuration of dSPACE I/O Pins, FIU Pins and ADC and DAC pins etc.
• Configuration desk update based on dSPACE multiple boards.
• Usage of Current and Voltage measuring and monitoring equipment's like Multimeter, Oscilloscope
• Understand and Update the Matlab Models based on requirements.
• Good understanding of the working of Sensors, Solenoid, Relays, Switches and other kind of loads.
