Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Hardware Development Manager for its Industrial Robotics group in Reading, MA to lead hardware, firmware, and embedded systems engineers on next-generation robotics platforms.

You will shape architecture standards, drive safety-critical firmware, collaborate with robotics, controls, and software teams, and help deliver scalable, high-reliability solutions for real-time computing in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Experience leading engineering hardware teams.
  • Experience in new hardware product development.
  • Experience with DFx (cost, test, manufacturing).
  • Experience with safety-critical firmware development.
  • Proven track record in robotics computing platforms.
