Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Hardware Development Engineer for its Starlink microelectronics project in Redmond, Washington. This role involves managing PCBA/microelectronics manufacturing processes and driving product optimization to enhance performance and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing process engineering, with strong skills in automation and statistical process control.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or related field.

• Drive processes for volume production of PCBA/microelectronics.
• Identify trends for optimizing product output and quality enhancements.
