The role requires hands-on prototyping, design-for-manufacturing, and data‑driven decision making to ensure safe, reliable, and scalable systems across sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience with prototyping and implementation.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate hardware solutions for next-generation material handling systems.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical requirements and engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful product delivery.
• Lead design-for-manufacturing, assembly, installation, and maintenance processes for long-term scalability.
• Evaluate OEM hardware solutions and lead in-house design where needed.
• Build prototypes, conduct testing, and analyze results to validate performance and reliability.
• Author technical specifications, design documents, and test plans.
• Champion data-driven decision making and document technical trade-offs.
