As a Hardware Development Engineer on the Launch Vehicle Integration - Electrical Engineering team, you will design, develop, test, and sustain electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) supporting Amazon Leo satellite production, integration, and launch operations.
You will work hands‑on with electrical hardware throughout its lifecycle, including schematic design, PCBA development, harnessing, rack‑level systems, hardware bring‑up, verification, troubleshooting, and maintenance of deployed systems. You will also support improvements and modifications to existing ground support hardware as launch configurations and operational needs evolve.
This role provides an opportunity to work directly with spacecraft and launch integration hardware while developing experience across electrical design, test, production, and launch operations.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
